Hillcroft’s Creativity Unlimited Program (CU) supports participants in positive learning of everyday activities. CU services are tailored to fit participants’ needs. Areas of focus include:

CU Services are provided by Direct Support Professionals who receive initial and ongoing training in CPR / First Aid, Universal Precautions, Medication Administration, Positive Behavior Supports, Preventing Abuse and Neglect, and Aggression Management Techniques. Each direct support professional in CU is also required to receive specific training on any individual with whom they work. These trainings are also updated per need/change in client status.
Creativity Unlimited Services are available through Medicaid Waiver funding or private pay. Group services are provided at staff ratios depending on the best needs of each client. In order to obtain Medicaid Waiver funding, an individual must contact the Bureau of Developmental Disability Services at 765-288-6516 to determine their eligibility. There currently is a waiting list for new Medicaid Waiver funding services through the Bureau of Developmental Disability Services. CU programming can begin within two weeks of an approved Medicaid Waiver Notice of Action (NOA).
Thursday Night Recreation
Hillcroft’s Thursday Night Rec program is available to adults with disabilities ages 18 and older. This program offers a variety of opportunities for individuals with disabilities to actively engage in recreation experiences.
