The Creativity Unlimited 4 and Behavior Management programs made homemade salsa with the tomatoes from the garden! This was a large, all day group project. The cooking class cut up all of the tomatoes and the client supervisors helped form an assembly line to get all of the salsa prepared. Both mild and hot salsas were made. The salsas are $3.00 a piece and all proceeds go back into the garden fund for next year! Thanks to everyone that supports this great project every year.
