The goal of Reliable Transit is to provide door to door, safe, and reliable transportation services to individuals utilizing Medicaid Waiver.  Our service enables Medicaid Waiver recipients to get to and from Hillcroft, work, or other locations identified in the PCISP in a safe and timely manner.  Trips must originate in Delaware County.

Scheduling Trips
All rides may be secured through a simple phone call to our office at (765) 587-5251. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. Other hours of service may be available upon request.

Accommodations

• Service animals and personal care attendants are permitted to accompany individuals with disabilities in vehicles and facilities.
• Wheelchair accessible transportation is available. The rider must inform the scheduler of the need for wheelchair accessible transportation at the time of scheduling the ride.
• Portable oxygen tanks are permitted on all vehicles. It will be the responsibility of the rider to ensure these are properly secured.
• Riders 17 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
